The Madison Environmental Resource Inventory (ERI) is an index of natural resources and other information necessary for decision making related to our natural environment.  By describing features and functions of the natural, built, and social environments of our town, we can learn more about our earth and one another.  The ERI is intended to be a reference document for governing bodies, planners and architects, educators, and anyone interested in discovering and learning more information about our local environment.

The 2024 ERI Update is being drafted by volunteers with Sustainable Madison, the Madison Environmental Commission, residents in town, and students at Drew University. This website does not represent an official town document, nor has its content been reviewed by the Borough of Madison. Rather, it is a digital companion to the documents that can be found on Rosenet.org. If you would like to participate in this process, please contact the coordinator, Dr. Lisa Jordan, ljordan@drew.edu.
